How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Centralfundamental Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Centralfundamental Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Centralfundamental Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Connecticut.
How to File
Email contact@centralfundamental.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
