Who we are
Centralfundamental Pest Control is a referral service for homeowners in Waterbury, CT and the Waterbury area. We are a connection point, not a pest company. We do not send out vehicles, spray, set traps or seal walls. Independent local providers do all of that.
Why this exists
Finding help for mice in the basement or ants in the kitchen is stressful. Search results blur together. Ads look alike. People wait, hoping the problem fades, and it grows instead. This site exists to cut down the searching. You describe the issue, and you are pointed toward a provider in our network.
How providers are matched
When you reach out, we ask a few plain questions. What pest or animal do you see? Where in the home? How long has it been going on? Then we connect you with a provider that handles that kind of work in your area. Providers decide for themselves whether they can take the job.
What we ask of providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We expect them to:
- Explain their approach in simple words
- Give a written estimate before work starts
- Carry the licenses and insurance their state requires
- Treat your home and your questions with respect
Compare, then decide
One estimate tells you very little. Two or three tell you a lot. Look at what each provider plans to do, what the price covers and what follow-up is included. Ask why they chose that method. A fair provider will not rush you. You can say no, and there is no obligation.
What we do not do
We do not perform treatments or removals. We do not set prices. We do not promise results, and we do not promise how fast a provider can arrive, because that varies. We also do not give legal or insurance advice. If you think damage may be covered, check your policy. Some policies may cover sudden damage, and providers can often help document it for a claim.
How we are paid
You do not pay Centralfundamental Pest Control to be connected. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a homeowner contacts them through this site. That fee is separate from what you agree to pay a provider for the work. The price and terms are set between you and the provider, in writing.
